The Adventures of Lola the Ladybug
Once upon a time, there was a beautiful ladybug named Lola.
Lola loved all kinds of video games. Games on phones. Games on tablets. Games on Computers.
One day, her best friend, Francine knocked on the door.
Francine was a very friendly firefly.
Today was their Annual Spring Parade and Francine wanted to know if Lola would come to watch the parade with her.
Lola, “would you like to come with us?”
Lola said, “Sure, right after I finish this game.
I will meet you there” she said
Francine was very excited! It had been a long and snowy winter and they couldn’t wait to see the spring flowers.
They waited for Lola. And they waited. And waited. And waited.
They didn’t want to be late for the parade, so they just left without her.
Lola had taken a break for a snack, but then she remembered that she was supposed to meet Francine for the parade. Oh! She was very late! She looked out the window and saw everyone having lots of fun. So she turned off her games and decided to go out and join them. She ran into Francine & Betty the Butterfly was there too!. They were so excited. “I’m so sorry I’m late” Lola said..
“It’s OK, we knew you would come!”
Just then she knew exactly what she had to do.
She’d much rather be with her friends having fun, than playing ANY of her games alone.
