One thing I appreciate about Facebook is that it constantly reminds you of the memories of what you’ve shared, felt, and experienced on the same day of the previous years.

What I’ve noticed is that I’ve been artistically inspired last year and I always have an artwork to share almost every single day. Wow. Anyare?

So far, 2017 keeps slapping me with new challenges that made it hard for me to keep up with my sanity char. Going back to the topic, I would like to thank Facebook Memories for reminding me that art always has my back and it will keep me back on track. HUEHUE.

Sooooooo… my latest “masterpiece” is called “Tears“. It represents the fruit of my years of hard work that is finally getting its recognition. It also mirrors the current state of my mind: frustrated, overflowing, messy, but still struggling to look at the bright side.

I’ve been wanting to try the melted crayon art for so long and it finally happened. I think I’ll have an obsession with this medium after my first attempt.

I enjoyed watching the crayons melt and was fascinated with how the colors blend together. While melting the crayons, I can’t help but think how this process can be related to life: sometimes we need to be placed in an uncomfortable condition (just like the crayons applied with extreme heat) in order for us to create or become something beautiful. Arte.
