Workout Day 6

Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days, but I have just done Workout Day 6 and I can see improvement and I feel so good in myself and I’ve also lost weight too. I now weigh 8.2 1/4 stone, I weighed 8 stone 11 the last time I checked myself on the scales..Also if you see improvement that I don’t notice please tell me! ❤


Here’s what I did today:

  • 15 Sit-ups
  • 30 Crunches
  • 50 Squats

I found an amazing quote on my new bedding that I just put on.. Here’s what it says:
