I have always had a passion for reading and writing, but I started to take it more seriously in 8th Grade. My giant literature teacher at the time, Mr. Law, told me one day, "Tyler, this is great! You should write a book!" Then he crushed my shoulder with his overenthusiastic grip. Once I healed and could write again, I never stopped!
