COVID-19 has created a stressful situation around- as if it wasn’t stressful enough already! With hospitals and patients getting affected during the lockdown and possibly even after the lockdown situation is over, the healthcare industry has been hit hard! Patients who were lined up for their treatment in March and April have had to scratch their plans to reschedule their treatment and are looking to opt for the treatment after the situation gets better.

Method:


Add all ingredients to a pan and stir it all. Then boil the ingredients for 10 minutes. Strain the ingredients and allow them to cool for some time. You can add 1 tsp of honey, mix well and drink it throughout the day.
