Hello my lovelies!

HelloFallFace

I apologize in advance if my posting is quite sporadic next week, I started a new job and am currently training, so my hours start at my version of the crack of dawn; also known as 7am. I will try to pre-plan my posts, but just know that if I miss a day, it's not because I quit, I'm just exhausted.

I have 100 percent done a look like this before around this time of year, but I did not use the same palette. I feel like I don't give my ABH Master Palette by Mario enough love during the day time, so I pulled it out and played with the three matte shades. Because I was working yesterday as well, I decided not to use the shimmer shades, as they are all darker and more intense, but I'm looking into playing with the green shadow in the near future, so stay tuned.

As you can see, I'm trying out a little bit of a different picture format. Let me know how you feel about it, and whether you like this better, or my usual straight on shots. I won't be offended regardless, since I'm always looking to improve my content.

Let's get started:

Eyelids:

  1. Prime and set the eyelids with an eyeshadow or powder that best matches your skin tone.
  2. Lightly blend "Lula" throughout the deepest part of the crease for some dimension. If you have a deeper set eye like me, take care to blend this out, or it might get stuck in there and make your eyeballs look like they've retracted into your skull. If you have protruding eyes or an undefined crease, you can leave the shadow slightly harsher, but still blended.
  3. Pack "Violeta" very lightly onto the outer v, continuing to blend outward as well as into the crease, about halfway. Keep my tips from step two in mind for this part as well. These shadows are super pigmented, so PLEASE use sparingly. Don't be like former me and start out with a lot of shadow that will be a pain in the ass to blend out.
  4. On a flat shader brush, pack "Isabel" onto the majority of your lid, carefully blending into the crease and outer corner. If anything starts to look muddy or washed out, just go back with the previous shadows.

Lower Lashline:

  1. Blend "Violeta" from the outer half of the lashline to the middle. Blend slightly downward to create a blown out effect.
  2. From the middle to inner corner, blend "Isabel" across the lashline, also blending downward.

Other:

  1. Highlight the inner corner with a light matte shade. In my case, pure white.
  2. Line the waterline with a white or flesh toned liner to open the eyes.
  3. Curl and coat your lashes with mascara. Apply falsies if you'd like, you already know I do not.

That's all I have for you guys today. Please remember to like, comment, and subscribe, it really helps me out. Also don't forget to have a great Wednesday!

Stay beautiful!
